Joseph Britt

Joseph Britt

Ford Director

Joseph is joining the Ted Britt Ford Lincoln staff after spending the previous five years at another Ted Britt location. Joseph is a graduate of the Smeal College of Business at The Penn State University and four year letter winner from the Men's Varsity Lacrosse Program and brings a wealth of enthusiasm to the Chantilly location. When away from the store, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Virginia and has been with Ted Britt Lincoln since 2013. Along with Gardner Britt III, Michael developed and piloted the Effortless Sales Experience that Ted Britt Lincoln has become renowned for. Michael specializes in Black Label, full spectrum Electric Vehicles (BEV, FHEV, and PHEV), Reacquired Vehicles (RAV), and personal leasing programs. In his spare time, Michael enjoys cooking Sunday morning crepes and visiting local wineries.

Michael rejoins the Ted Britt Chantilly staff after originally starting with the Truck Repair Center in 2019. Michael brings a passion for process improvements, client satisfaction, and a diverse knowledge base to the Chantilly Location. Outside of work, he has prioritized education, earning certification as a financial coach through the AACC Counselors Association and is pursuing a degree in Law and Policy at Liberty University, set to graduate in 2025. Building on his commitment to professional growth, Michael is set to begin an MBA program at Liberty University in the summer. In his free time, he proudly serves as a first responder with his local volunteer fire department and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.

Jon recently transferred from our Ted Britt Fairfax location to Chantilly and brings with him a wealth of experience in luxury trade appraisals. Known for his love of Sharpies and an ability to always find maximum trade values, Jon looks forward to interacting with our Ted Britt Chantilly clients.

In her spare time, Alia enjoys spending time with her family, her three dogs, and watching THE Ohio State University Football team.

Jawad has been with Ted Britt for two years. Like many of our team members, started as a porter, proving what hard work and dedication can lead to. He’s known throughout the building for always being willing to lend a helping hand and was often spotted sprinting full speed across the parking lot during his porter days. Outside of work, Jawad enjoys growing his own vegetables and can usually be found eating his home-grown broccoli.

When away from the store Matt enjoys watching his Steelers and perfecting his award winning chili recipe.

Anna started in the automotive industry as a BDC representative at a Ford Dealer in Mississippi. Since moving to Virginia in 2025, Anna joined the team at Ted Britt Chantilly as a call center representative and has since moved on to the mobile service advisor role. In her spare time, she enjoys concerts, hanging out with friends, and spending time with her pets.

He enjoys the role because it allows him not only to work on vehicles, but also to interact directly with clients while performing services. Outside of work, Aaron spends his time building a growing fleet of project cars and enjoying time with his fiancée.
