General Manager
Gardner is a native of Fairfax, VA and a graduate of the University of Alabama. When away from the office, G3 enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf with friends, and watching Alabama Football.
Michael Britt
Lincoln Sales Manager
Michael is a graduate of the University of Virginia and has been with Ted Britt Lincoln since 2013. Along with his smarter, older, better looking brother Gardner Britt III, Michael developed and piloted the Effortless Sales Experience that Ted Britt Lincoln has become renowned for. Michael specializes in Black Label, Electric Vehicles (EV), and personal leasing programs. In his spare time, Michael can be found at local wineries drinking rose` out of fancy glasses.

Alia Gray
Finance Director
Alia has been with Ted Britt Lincoln since 2018 and is originally from Ohio. As a Brand Ambassador, Alia is known for providing her clients with a warm and personal human experience that is effortless in every way. Alia was recently recognized by the Lincoln Motor Companies' "Leaders of Excellence" for her performance in 2019. In her spare time, Alia enjoys spending time with her family, her three dogs, and watching THE Ohio State University Football team.

Abdul has been working at Ted Britt for 4 years. He has consistently been the top Sales Consultant and has a strong interest in Ford Performance vehicles. He recently joined our finance team and looks forward to further enhancing his customers' experience!

Randy has been with Ted Britt Lincoln since 2010 and involved with Lincoln for over 38 years. Randy specializes in leasing programs for both personal and commercial use as well as luxury trade appraisals. Originally from Cherrydale, Randy enjoys spending time at the lake and Hot Yoga in his spare time.
Samantha Carter
Sales Consultant
Samantha is a graduate of Radford University and joined Ted Britt Lincoln in 2014. Samantha is one of our original Brand Ambassadors to offer the Effortless Buying Experience, featuring remote vehicle previews and deliveries that value her clients' time and desire to purchase luxury on their terms. Samantha delivered the first Aviator Grand Touring to a customer in the East Market and is an Electric Vehicle (EV) enthusiast. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys going to country music concerts and dogs.
Nelson Hernandez

Nelson is a native of Northern Virginia and has been with Ted Britt Lincoln since 2016. In his spare time, Nelson enjoys participating in local adult soccer leagues and is an avid Barcelona FC fan.
